This morning, I got a call from the woman at the County who is handling my "informal" grievance. She said that she has heard back from the Agency From A Clueless Universe, saying that they will write to me -- explaining why they don't think I deserve any sort of apology for their really egregious treatment of me.
To give you an idea of how difficult understanding it, she was surprised when I said that I was NOT satisfied by that outcome. After all, they were going to write to me...
So, I told her again, that I was not satisfied, and asked what the next step would be in the FORMAL grievance process.
Would you believe she did not know? I guess no one else has ever failed to express satisfaction at the continuing [long string of expletives would be here, but you can imagine them and help me prevent a PBC] from these [see last note]. She'll be asking her supervisor at a meeting on Friday.
And I'm going to check again into the process for filing a complaint with the State, since the County ain't all that responsive...
And I've got an appointment with the Dentist for tomorrow...
