Hi Phil,
All is well. As you might remember I was suffering from Anorexia, 5'9" tall and 109 pounds, and also BP II. Today I am 144 pounds, still a size 4, I workout at the gym several times a week. As for BPII I am taking Trilepital, last night I had a really bad night. I just changed from Lithium to Trilepital last night could have been withdrawal from the Lithium. I am in a relationship that is sucking the life out of me and I can't make a decision to leave, it is really taking a toll on me emotionally. When you have been with someone over (1) year the thoughts of leaving hurt so bad that I put a bandaide on things instead of leaving. Does this make since. I found myself back here for a reason. Life was going so good and one day you wake up and feel like your world is crumbling down around you. Thank you for listening to me ramble. Lexie :)

>>I've been thinking of joining a gym but thinking about it hasn't gotten me fit.
Sounds like things are better for you, no? FWIW, I was also dx'ed with bipolar II last year. It only took doctors 20 years to get it right.
What kind of workouts do you do Lexie? Cardio and all that stuff? As for BPII I am taking Trilepital, last night I had a really bad night. I just changed from Lithium to Trilepital last night could have been withdrawal from the Lithium.
>>Not familiar with Trilepital so I'll look it up.
Hope it works for you.I am in a relationship that is sucking the life out of me and I can't make a decision to leave, it is really taking a toll on me emotionally. >>Unfortunately it makes a lot of sense. Yep, yep, yep. Whole lot of sense. : (

>>Please stick around Lexie and talk it out with us. I'm sorry you're going through all the pain. Sending you positive vibrations. : )
I'm hoping some OT'ers check the board here. I know they would like to hear from you.
Your pal,
Phil

Hi Phil,
I do Cardio and the weight machines about 3 times per week. Thank you for the positive vibs, I really need them right now. I know the thing to do is to end this relationship. I just have to find the strength to do it. My heart is aching and it hurts SO bad.

Really, Lexie, it's not trying to diss you, just probably another Sr. moment for me!
But, (as Yoda would say) welcome, you are! And, I hope coming back has some good stuff for you. Tell us about it, and maybe (and, I mean MAYBE) we can help!
And, thanks Phil, too! It's good to see you!
xoxo

You should be SO very proud of yourself for your acheivements! You've done fantasticly well!!
I'm despertaley trying to get into a good habit of going to the gym.. but they terrify me *l* They really bring out the whole social phobic side in me.. I've gone a few times with a girl I work with.. but then she was on holiday, then sick.. plus, quite a few of the classes she goes to are just toooo full on for my level of fitness. But we do have a date to use the cardio machines on tuesday, and do a class on friday.. So very well done on going so regularly!
As for the relationship.. its horrible when they get to that point.. I know the last year probably with my ex was like that, but we were so used to being together it was hard for either of us to do anything about it.. he took the finals tep and left me (terrible timing, but thats a whole other story *L*).. at first I thought my life was over, but it was suprisingly quickly that I realised it was the best thing that ever happened to me..
Good luck though..

Hi Nikki,
Working out is good for you physically and emotionally. How fun to hear from the people that helped me so much in the past!! The relationship is killing me and today is NO exception. I just have to take steps to take my life in a positive direction. Thank you SO much for reminding me that it is just a matter of time before your heart heals. When you are in it and living it you think it is the end of the world. Your the best!! Thanks! Lexie

That totally cracked me up!! I guess 'oldies' does not so much mean age as when we got on board!
It's raining now. Once, during one of Austin's famous Mem. Day floods I gave a GREAT party.
I love a rainy night...etc...Eddy Rabbit. Oh, thunder, also. I love rainstorms so much.
Anyhow, no, I only have my teeth here, so, you must've "lost" them elsewhere...maybe along with your glasses!!
xoxo
