Hi everyone too..
No energy to post more.. some horrid gastric flu kind of thing.. fever, aches, puking, diarrhea.. you get the picture.. worried that not being able to eat is making me feel worse but while small amounts are stayin down now (day 3), eating makes my stomach hurt lots.. so I'm pretty damned miserable *pouts* went to work today which was a big mistake.. but bought home work with me tonight so I can do it from home tomorrow if needs be..
If I could find the energy to walk to the cash point I'd but some kind of drink that replaces good things..
Sorry.. but very very anoyed that its this week of all weeks.. my final week in my 20's!!!

I miss you guys, too. Very low energy for the most part. But, think of you all very often.

Hi, all. I'm doing pretty well. I had raised my med dose because I had been feeling a bit more depressed as the daylight decreased. But then I was very anxious and agitated all the time. I had what to be anxious about as work has been really pressured, but as I told my closest co-worker, I felt "on the edge" all the time. I'm not sure what I was on the edge of, exactly. It made me feel like I might just totaly lose it somehow, and like my brain would explode or something. I hadn't been sure if it was the med increase or not (although I did notice increased physical restlessness which I knew was from the med increase) but since the med increase did not do anything more for the depression, I went back down to the previous dose and after a few days started to feel better. Still somewhat anxious but not nearly as much and I'm not feeling agitated and on the edge. I'm less depressed now, too.
Been trying to get the light box in every morning, but it means getting up really early. I have therefore been working on getting myself to bed earlier so I can get enough sleep, but that has been very challenging. I come home in the evenings very fatigued, but then get a second wind and it's hard to get myself to turn in early. The one benefit of being so tired, tho, is that it takes no time at all to fall asleep once I get into bed!
But otherwise, I'm ok--status quo.
Kelly--good to "see" you--it's been a while (although maybe you've been on the writing board, I just haven't been there in a very long time, nor have I been to social in a very long time). Hope you are doing well. You moved not long ago I think--right? How did it go? What is your new situation like? Are you in treatment?
Nikki--illness sounds horrific!!! But I see (maybe?) from the next thread down that you might be feeling a bit better, I hope.
Shar--good to "see" you! With low energy, I hope you are conserving it for the most important stuff (taking good care of yourself!!).
