Thank goodness -- today at my therapy appointment -- when I was thinking about whether to cancel therapy until someone else could be found -- my now-former therapist told me that she'd managed to find someone to take me on.
Maybe it's just her being good, which I suspect she is -- even if she wasn't a good match for me -- or if she felt guilty, since she mentioned that she recognized some mistakes she'd made with me (I suspect that they were only 'mistakes' because I'm me and not someone else), but whatever it was, bless her. Bless her.
I hope to be starting next week with the new one, who hasn't contacted me yet. Cross your fingers for me, because I'm sick to death of feeling this lousy and am ready to start getting better.

that's wonderful, I hope she is able to help you feel better. I'm so anti-shrink right now, but really feel good about my therp.
