oh, what a nice quote.

Feeling suicidal lately, and my therapist sez 'it makes it all about you' ignoring others.

Yeah, it does. Sometimes .... oh well, I'm gonna stop right here.

*gives you big gentle hugs*

I decided, 10 days ago, That I would no longer be suicidal. It was on the back of 3 deaths of friends - one to suicide. And the over doses of my ex sister in law.

But, I'm actually finding this new rule of mine tough..

Hang in there hun. It sucks big time. For me, Zyprexa was alife saver in taking the constant suicidal ideation thoughts down a few notches.

Remember we're here, and you wont be saying anything that will ever shock us.

Thank you.

As it turns out, I've had to make another F***ing PACT NOT To Do MYSELF IN. Jes**, when does it end? Never??????

I may agree NOT to do myself in, BUT all that means is I live with the feeling every day of WANTING TO.

I'm 51. Felt this way since teen years. Had a son to raise. Then, my animals. God, where and HOW SOON does it end?

I love you all, as well as I can, and so appreciate the caring you show. Thank you.

xoxo

It sounds like this is a really difficult time for you, but honestly I'm so glad you decided to make your pacts. Obviously a lot of people care a great deal about you. Do you have respites from feeling like this? How long do they last? If I remember right, don't you have SAD?
Take care of yourself, judy
