...and to Tina, Nikki, Greg, Phil, Shar in particular. I wish I could help. I haven't written because I don't know what to say. Any ideas I have or expressions of comfort I think up to write here feel stupid or hokey or preach-y to me. I feel badly that most everyone on the board right now is feeling badly. I think of you often and hope things get better.

Hi Allipoo,
I appreciate the good thoughts, and it doesn't matter that there's nothing you can. You're a good friend and that's priceless in my book. It means a lot to know that someone is thinking about me when I have myself convinced that no one really gives a damn. I know that everyone here loves and cares about me, but when you wallow in self-pity, you tend to forget about those things sometimes.
Thanks for reminding me that things may not be as bad as they seem. As my 13 yo son would say, "You're pretty cool for a girl".
Love you sweetie,

I concur with Greg. The good thoughts are really what count, and I appreciate them!
I know how it feels when I post to someone who isn't doing so hot, and it sounds hokey or something. But, the effort is appreciated when someone posts to me...even if it's hokey or something.
Thanks!
Shar

I agree with Greg & Shar, Alli.
Just knowing that someone cares is what matters to me when I'm down.
I miss talking to you. Kath
