I, too, wish your up times were longer. I wish mine were also. When you mentioned cycling...does that mean you really can count on more up times?

Hold on to the memories of the good times, at least that lets you (and me, too, in my own life) know it's not unreachable nor a fantasy.

Well, you did tell me so Shar. The down's always last longer than the ups. It's never just an even keel. You may have read my post on PSB about my friend's suicide so I think I'll be staying down a while longer.
so much sh*t happens, so often, it's a wonder we have up times at all.

Tina? Where are you? And Canada would be a real smart ass thing to say....As a matter of fact, it sounds like something I would say. I went to ASH but you were MIA, so I guess I'm SOL.

Yes my dear, you definitely were SOL yesterday. As you know I was galavanting with abandon as it was my country's birthday. The most hilarious thing I saw was the Prime Minister on tv shaking hands with people saying "Happy Birthday, Happy Birthday" Jeez, what a nut! I like him though. Always have.
Hope you had a good day dear. Did you get all my emails??
