Hi fellow old timers,
I love the relationship I'm in. It's probably the most fulfilling one I've ever had becasue I am more open, trusting and mature. He is very appreciative of my good qualities. I never used to attract men who appreciated me enough, probably because I didn't appreciate myself enough.
I have my ups and my downs, as always, but life is better than it used to be.
It was wonderful to come to this board and see all the old familiar names. It's great to "see" you all.
Cass

Hey, Tina, you sound more like your old self. That is good news! I've been away from the board for a few days, so I haven't read the latest trivia yet.

Cass: Relationship sounds wonderful. Has it made a difference with your depression (having a person close to share life with)? I've wondered about that, if a relationship could be a good influence.

Hey Shar
The latest trivia is a pretty hard one but I gave it a try. Feeling more like my old self. Still pretty depressed but the anxiety is easing so I'm getting out more which will, hopefully, ease the depression eventually. It's a cycle for me. Anxiety keeps me alone and depression starts, but, when the anxiety goes, I can hang out with other people and feel less depressed.

Hey Cass, great to hear you are doing so well. I'm very happy that you have someone so special in your life. All the best and continued happiness.
Thanks for posting, both of you. I so don't want to lose this board. It's the only place where posters don't beat eachother up and know how to take a joke.
love ya

Hi all,

I hardly ever "visit" here, but I do love that we're here!

Love seeing those old names.

hugs, Kath
