That is so hard on you. Do you take it "in" a lot, sort of like "feeling" it as if someone was standing there saying those things to you?
I know how much the arguing affects you, and I hope you'll just stay here for a while--for as long as you need or want to.

i guess it's a ptsd type of reaction, just arouses feelings from the past that i can't deal with. i am avoiding admin and do find it safer here. take care, judy
