I posted a contract on psycho psycho babble that you might like to see. It was in response to someone writing about suicide. The contract is for bipolars, but I think it could work with about any dx.
I have no idea now why I think you will be interested in it...but I must have had some reason at the time.

That was really thoughtful of you Shar- I think you probably helped a lot of people with that post. I do have a contract with my therapist- more on the lines of self-injury and suicide with no provision for hypomanic or manic episodes- which believe me she regrets:-). I'm just really upset about Phil's block right now, and not very much in the posting mode, but I did want to thank you. take care, judy
