Ok, I think I've figured it out. Stay away from admin and keep a list of posters who trigger and don't read their posts. Which gets confusing sometimes- because some change so radically in their tone- from supportive to mean and back. So I don't quite have that down. But I think just getting back to the basics- offering support when it's something I'm familiar with and asking for help when needed. Any other suggestions would be welcomed :-). I notice I feel so safe over here- I don't think that was the original intention of this board, so I'm probably messing that up. Take care, judy

When I keep my posts to this board I'm losing some people who have been invaluable to me with their support too. So any suggestions? Thanks again-j

I think we need to appoint you a secretary, or a "taster" except instead of tasting food (for evidence of poison) they'd taste posts for evidence of toxins. Then, we could just make a list for you, what to read, who's out there, who to avoid.
We might need a ecretsay odecay so we don't get any 'please be civils' or other admonishments. For some reason, I think Phil would be an excellent person to tackle this role. I'm not sure why I think so, maybe he just handles toxins so well.
Come to think of it, with all the meds he's been on and is on now, and thinking of his liver absorbing and processing all that stuff for these many years...I bet he has super powers or something!

Actually I tend to agree Phil is an excellent choice, do you think we can rope him in to do it? :-)- judy

Maybe I can hook up something on my computer mouse so that if I click on admin or certain posters I receive a small shock - judy

hahaha. Pretty funny, Greg. If we could get Judy to try it, and she suddenly improved, we would all be able to get better! I like it!

Did you see Dr. Bob's cartoon on admin? Don't you think things have calmed down now? I sure hope so. Take care, judy

yes, things had calmed down. And the cartoon was great.
However, before I read those posts I started a thread that may end up being lengthy...but I don't think too heated. You may want to avoid it all the same....
I'm giving myself EMT even as we speak...Bad, shar, Bad, shar...

Well Dinah told me to stay away from faith and I'll accept that- I stopped going a while ago. I read your post on admin but didn't understand it, and I take it from Phil's response I don't want to understand it. Thanks for looking out for me- judy
