It's so bad. I feel sick 24-7. I have severe headaches daily. My hands shake. My stomach bounces all over my insides. My bowel constantly gripes. I feel like I have to run away. I need to get away, fast.
God, It's constant, all the time. Even in the middle of the night.....
I HATE this. I can't function like this.
I'm almost to the point of just disappearing into the darkness and hiding forever.

T-
I'm wondering if anything physical could be contributing to this. Like the headaches and upset stomach...are you able to eat ok? Do you take meds for your headaches/stomach that could interact with your psych meds? What are you taking for anxiety now?
For now, just holding on is probably the best you can do. We all hit that wall, unfortunately. In the meantime, maybe someone here or your pdoc will have a suggestion to improve things.

Shar
thanks for your post. My headaches and stomach upset are, unfortunately, caused by the anxiety. It's a vicious cycle. I'm taking depakote and klonopin for the anxiety and mood disorder.
I'm trying to get back in to see my psychopharm guy but he's so damned busy. NOthing available for months.
I'll hang on. It just gets so damned frustrating.
take care

Sometimes if my shrink is unavailable (rare but it happens) I go to my Internist and he always tries to help. Depakote and klonopin used to be a mainstay for me, but if you're having trouble with anxiety then obviously the klonopin needs to be increased or perhaps xanax prn. Then once that's controlled, are you getting therapy? Take care, Judy
