Blehhh. I cut my meds dose in half (Effexor and Wellbu) and I think all I've done is sleep about 18 of the last 24 hours.
I didn't expect the energy drain.
Also, giving myself a lot more shit about not having a job. Still looking, but with SO little hope and energy.
More interestingly, tho, I had a dream I was at a conference on Mars....
Just wanted to dump.

Hi Shar,
Can you give yourself a break for a little while at least until your body has adjusted to the med change? The only time I can juggle more than a couple of things is when I'm manic then I'm the star of the psych ward! on Mars!!!! Take care, Judy
