sleep medications

Anyone have suggestions regarding good sleep medications. I currently take nardil which causes some sleep disturbance for me(mot as much as parnate). I also take 1-3mg. of ativan each day. I use ativan for sleep some time but would like some other options!!!

Have you tried Ambien?
