I have been through most of the things I have read re:
medications and their effects. I have recently begun to
take lithium. It (for the first time in 30 years)has relieved my manic episodes. However, I have begun to convulse a bit too much for my comfort. I would appreciate some input about this as it is getting to be a pain.
Thanks

Hmm, what do you mean by "convulse?" If you mean you are experiencing tremors, there are other medications with minimal side effects that you can use to reduce them. Talk to your doctor about it, ok?
Lithium (added to Parnate for unipolar depression) has worked wonders for me, too.
This is the end of the thread.
