I have been on 20 mg from the start. Has anyone out there increased without the Dr's okay? Let me know.

20mg of what? If you mean Tylenol, go ahead. If you mean Prozac or any other antidepressant, it's not a good idea. Why wouldn't you want to check with the Dr first? What happens when the prescription runs out?
