Imipramine and pregnancy

I've just found out I'm pregnant, and am taking imipramine (150mg daily). I understand that fetal malformation can result from the use of this, but I've found very little information pertaining to this. How dangerous is this (I'm approximately 1 month pregnant)? If I taper off immediately how high is the probability of problems?
