I have been taking 40mgs of Paxil for about 1 month now. This is my second trial on paxil..a brief switch to Zoloft left me suicidal and very very depressed. The paxil works very well on my circular thinking, depression and hopelessnes....BUT I CANT SLEEP!!! I do achieve some REM sleep each night, but I awaken 5 or 6 times each night. I seem to hover in the twilight of sleep..between REM and awake state. ANy suggections about taking a concurrent med to deal with this? I feel like drinking a bottle of Nyquil or something...

I am on Serzone because of sleep problems as a major symptom of my depression. It is supposed to be really good for helping with sleep and has helped my sleep problems a lot.
