Just wondering i guess about all these meds.
Been suffering from Panic Disorder/ Depression
had several full blow panic attacks 9 yrs. ago.
Been on several medications.
SSRI's Prozac, Paxil, Zoloft, Luvox
SSNRI Effexor, and Serzone.
TCA's Imp, Elavil, Desprimine and a few othersSeems like the effexor helped a little on the panic
but not completely on the depression.
Paxil i seem to have palpitations not sure if dose
not high enough or just the med.
Serzone made me so dry i couldn't tolerate it.
and Prozac helped the depression slightly but not
totally and the tca's well they helped some but the
side effects were harsh and i couldn't get to the
dosages i was told i needed.
So now im here with the newest wonder drug Celexa.
Wondering if there is anything to it or just more
hype currently wondering if any of these meds do
anything besides cause more problems. I've only had
mild relief and seems like i have had a pharmacy put
into me.
Well just rambling i guess but does get old currently
taking tranxene and accupril for mild hypertension
caused by the panic disorder and depression.
So anyone have any info on this med or has anyone ever
really over come these disorders or found a new or
older med that even worked?Thanks,
Jr.

I finally found relief after trying nearly every med in the book. See my postings in February regarding "Naltrexone and SSRI poop-out" to see what has been a miracle for me. Best of luck... Wayne
