ti took GSK 25 mg lamictal and got psychotic within the hour of taking it, no jokes, psychosis onset due lamictal, still have it.... so f*cked up

I believe that any differences are hugely exaggerated. People on this board spend a great deal of time talking about it and causing anxiety. Every negative event which happens on the generic is attributed to being on the generic.

Yes, they are tested for bioavailability, except some generics are actually the same product as the brand, and do not require any testing. For example, Winthrop's alfuzosin is exactly the same product as Sanofi's Xatral.

Is bioavailability the same as a clinical effect?No.
